Refund & Returns Policy

At Sovarna, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the process for returning or exchanging items and requesting refunds. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@sovarna.com before initiating a return.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may return most products purchased from Sovarna within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The item is not listed as non-refundable (e.g., earrings or sale items, as indicated at the time of purchase).

Please note:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

This will always be clearly stated at checkout.

 

  1. Returns Process

To return an item:

  • Contact Us: Email info@sovarna.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will provide a return address and shipping instructions.
  • Ship the Item: Send the item back securely packaged in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

 

  1. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, PayPal, Klarna).

Amount: Refunds include the item price only, excluding the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: We take great care to ensure each item is checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will provide instructions for return or replacement. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Items that show signs of wear or misuse after delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

  1. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • Follow the same returns process in Section 2.
  • Let us know which replacement item you would like when contacting us.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. 
  • If the replacement costs less, we will refund the balance.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations).
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable).

 

  1. Your Legal Rights

This Refund & Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
  • If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are legally entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, regardless of our standard policy.
